JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH!

I am currently doing a novel study of James and the Giant Peach with my class and they are all over it! I stumbled across the book in the library and I can’t believe how much fun we have had with it, they are constantly begging me to read “just one more chapter”. I am on the lookout for the video, hopefully there will be one in Guatemala for me to bring back after Easter. It has worked out so well for me to develop skills in Language Arts.
This is a character sketch activity I did with them where they had to fill the page with adjectives describing the various characters including their interests, personalities etc, then draw a picture of them. It’s such a great novel for looking at character development because they are such interesting and fun characters. I am pumped to see them so excited about reading!
