Climbing through the caves it got pretty tight at times, and just think I am only 5 feet tall!

This is inside the caves. It was absolutely incredible how many artifacts were on the inside. There was mostly pottery but also skeletons, and the amount of information our tour guide shared with us was insane. After some intense wall climbing through the tunnel we ended up at the main chambers where the sacrifices were performed. We took off our shoes and could walk along all the artifacts as they described it to us. There were lots of bats in the caves and you could see all the holes where they have lived. The whole cave was limestone and stalactite structures were created throughout it, it was beautiful! There was definitely some sketchy climbing and swimming, we didn't even have to sign a waiver form, this tour definitely wouldn't fly in Canada but it was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen!

Hi Melissa:

Fascinating story about the cave. Did you feel scared or creepy walking through an ancient cave with skelens and a history of killing people.

Look forward to hearing and seeing more.
